New monsters: Skaven Jezzail

Today is the turn of the Skaven snipers: the Jezzails! A powerful and fearful ranged units for your daily Descent skirmish :)

Jezzails are long-barreled Skaven muskets which fire bullets of refined warpstone. The Jezzail's unusually long barrel gives the weapon a range unsurpassed by other handguns. The high velocity of the warpstone bullet strikes with enough force to easily punch through shields and heavy armor, and the poisonous nature of the warpstone makes any damage inflicted all the more grievous.

Bullets fired by the Jezzail leave a faint green trail, which allows the enemy to trace the shots back to their source and return fire. As this makes Jezzail teams especially vulnerable, the traditional gun rest of the Jezzail has been developed into a large shield.

Jezzails were developed by Clan Skryre Warlock Engineers and originally based on captured Dwarf handguns. Warpstone plays a major part in the operation of the weapon, appearing in the bullet, the firing mechanism (the warplock), and the warpstone-laced gunpowder.

    Here I have the same concerns about speed I already expressed on the Skaven Clansmen article.

    Paralyzing Shot requires memory: you have to remember which hero has been affected by it. I recommend using what the game already provides and convert it into a simpler “[surge]: Immobilize”.

    Headshot is cool, but again I would leverage what the game already provides and convert it into “[surge][surge]: Pierce 10”.

    Eventually, the group limit are weird. You must have 2 minions and 2 masters but you’ll never see all four of them simultaneously. I’d stick with the usual 2|0, 1|1, 2|1 combination instead.
